Leaders in Fire Prevention Solutions for the IndustryOne of our most outstanding projects has been the implementation of early fire detection solutions in the Palmar Cardboard Industry (IncarPalm). One of the main manufacturers of corrugated cardboard packaging based in Machala, Ecuador.
This project, developed in collaboration with our partner Bosch Security, demonstrates our ability to face complex challenges and provide exceptional results.
Challenge
IncarPalm faced serious fire risks due to the nature of its operations. Paper and cardboard are highly flammable materials, and any incident could have catastrophic consequences, both in terms of safety and production.
The enormous IncarPalm corrugated cardboard factory houses industrial machinery for the manufacture of this type of cardboard in large quantities. Its paper-based raw materials generate dry, dusty and highly flammable environmental conditions.
The Solution
To mitigate these risks, we implemented the Bosch Aviotec fire protection system, an IP camera solution with integrated intelligence based on video analysis to detect smoke and fire from the source.
This system offers early and accurate detection through real-time image analysis, allowing for a faster and more efficient response than with a common detector.
